Camera Ready Manuscript Preparation and Submission Guide for Authors

Step 1. Prepare Camera Ready Menuccript

• The manuscript should be STRICTLY prepared using LaTeX or MS-Word templates given below (download the template for your use, please do not request for edit permissions)
  
      
• All comments provided by reviewers must be addressed fully and a response sheet should be prepared.
• The manuscript should not have a similarity level of more than 20% including publications/submissions of self.
• All authors’ affiliation information should be complete and correct. Please note, any changes (addition, deletion or rearrangement) in authorship cannot be made after the acceptance of the paper. Only in exceptional cases, it can be permitted by proceedings editors.

Step 2. Registration Fee Payment

• Calculate the registration fee from the table given below and submit the registration fee into the account details given below:

  * Additional papers must have same authors (order may vary) at the time of submission.
  
  
• For example, if a manuscript contains 12 pages (the extra page charges are applicable from 8th page onwards) and registration category is Academician (Author) then the registration fee should be computed as follows:
  
  Early Bird Registration (If payment is made on or before 15.08.2024)
  • Indian Authors (₹): 13000 (registration fee) + 1000*4 (extra page charges) = 17000 (₹)
  • Overseas Authors ($): 500 (registration fee) + 25*4 (extra page charges) = 600 (USD)
  Regular Registration (If payment is made after 15.08.2024)
  • Indian Authors (₹): 15000 (registration fee) + 1000*4 (extra page charges) = 19000 (₹)
  • Overseas Authors ($): 650 (registration fee) + 25*4 (extra page charges) = 750 (USD)
